JUDGMENT / ORDER

The claim of the writ petitioner in respect of transfer along with post was initially considered by the District Elementary Educational Officer both at Villupuram and Thiruvallur and the proposals were submitted on 07.01.2016 and on 14.01.2016, to the Director of School Education.
2. In spite of the proposals, the Director of School Education has not taken any decision in this regard. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner made a submission that it is suffice, if a direction is issued in this regard.
3. Thus, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the proposals submitted by the respondents 3 and 4 on 07.01.2016 and 14.01.2016 and pass final orders on merits in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
