JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Anil Kumar Agarwal,J.
Heard the learned A.G.A. and the contemnor Sri Trilochan Nath Khanna Advocate.
This is too old contempt petition. The proceedings of contempt has been initiated and the cognizance has been taken in the year 2005, the charge has been framed by another bench of this court on 25.8.2006, thereafter, the adjournment has been sought by the contemnor, he has not filed his reply also against the framing of the charge, today also he has moved an application for filing some necessary documents, and a supplementary written statement though it appears that this application moved for adjournment of the proceedings. even then considering the submission made by the contemnor, he is granted three weeks time to file additional written statement, if any as the last opportunity is given to the contemnor.
List on 6.2.2012, on that date the contemnor shall appear in person.
