Heard Mr.R.S.Sanjanwala, learned Senior Advocate with Mr.Dilip L. Kanojiya, learned advocate for the petitioners. It is submitted that the entire playground of the School run by the petitioner-Trust is likely to be adversely affected due to widening of the road, for which the petitioner has received impugned notice dated 24.01.2012, which shall affect the recreational activities of the children studying in the School.
Issue Notice returnable on 01.03.2012.
By way of ad-interim relier, it is directed that the implementation, execution and operation of the impugned notice dated 24.01.2012 shall remain stayed, till then.
