Since Mrs Raval waives service of rule on behalf of respondent No.1 and Ms. Shruti Pathak, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service on behalf of respondent No.2, we treat the matter ready as regards service.
After going through the materials on record, we permit the unit of the petitioners to start functioning for a trial run for one month from today. In the meantime, respondent No.1 - Gujarat Pollution Control Board will revisit the premises of the unit of the petitioners and see whether the unit has complied with all the formalities as required under the law and to submit a report within one month.
Let the matter appear on June 14, 2012. A copy of this order be served on respondent Gujarat Pollution Control Board by way of direct service.
Let this order be communicated to the concerned Electricity Company so that electric connection is given to the petitioners for functioning the unit for trial run.
