Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned standing counsel for the respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that impugned Government Order dated 07.01.2019 is under challenge in the present petition and the very same order was also challenged by this Court in Writ-A No. 713 of 2019 and other connected petitions in which this Court vide order dated 3.4.2019, quashed the Government Order dated 07.01.2019 and allowed the petitions and further directed the Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority (E.R.A.) to declare the result of Assistant Teachers Recruitment 2019 in terms of Government Order dated 05.12.2018 ignoring the Government Order dated 07.01.2019.
Smt. Praveen Shukla, learned standing has not disputed the aforesaid fact.
Under such facts and circumstances of the case, impugned Government Order dated 07.01.2019 is hereby quashed and this petition is also allowed in terms of order dated 3.4.2019 passed in Writ-A No. 713 of 2019 and other connected petitions.
