JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Sri Umesh Vats, learned counsel for the applicant.
By the present contempt application a prayer has been made to punish the opposite party for willful disobedience of the order 11.10.2013 passed by this Court In Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 57398 of 2013 (Diwakar Singh vs. State of U.P. and others) by which this Court has directed the opposite party to decide the petitioner's representation within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.
It is stated in paragraphs 20 and 23 of the affidavit filed in support of the contempt application that a copy of the representation along with a certified copy of the order was sent to the opposite party on 25.11.2013 through registered post and thereafter it was also personally served on 26.11.2013 in the office but no order has yet been passed.
Prima facie, a case for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 11.10.2013 has been made out.
Issue notice to the opposite party to show cause as to why he be not punished for the willful disobedience of the order 11.10.2013 passed by this Court In Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 57398 of 2013 (Diwakar Singh vs. State of U.P. and others).
List on the date mentioned in the notice.
