JUDGMENT / ORDER

Notice on behalf of opposite parties no. 1 to 3 has been accepted by the learned Chief Standing Counsel.
Issue notice to opposite party no. 4, returnable at an early date.
Steps shall be filed within a week from today.
Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the opposite party no. 4 has preferred Writ Petition No. 343 (Cons.) of 2016 where the Court vide interim order dated 13.1.2016 has stayed the operation of the impugned orders dated 28.9.2007, 2.2.2013 and 30.11.2015.
Connect and list with Writ Petition No. 343 (Cons.) of 2016.
In the meantime, status quo, as is existing today between the parties over the property in dispute, shall be maintained by the parties.
