JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned advocate for the petitioners has submitted that Civil Application was taken out for the direction being Civil Application No. 8182 of 2012, whereunder, specific prayers were made to separate the present petition from other matters, which have been shown as cognate matters. These prayers were granted by this Court (Coram: K.S. Jhaveri, J.) vide order dated 23.7.2012. Yet unfortunate it is that office has not obeyed this order. The Registrar (Judicial) may put up an explanation as to why and in what manner this disobedience is perpetuated. The same shall be placed on record by 8.2.2013. S.O to 8.2.2013.
