Petitioner submitted an application for revision of timings. Ext.P1 is his application and the compliant of the petitioner is that so far the same has not been considered by the respondent. 2. Having regard to the nature of contentions raised and after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of as under:

The respondent shall consider Ext.P1 and pass appropriate orders within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
