Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. We have perused the entire order dated 20.07.2018 and also perused the office report dated 26.11.2018.
In view of which service of notices is deemed to be sufficient, however no response have been filed by respondent no. 3 before this Court till date.
The controversy of the issue is that the interim order passed earlier by another Bench of this Court serves no purpose to keep the matter pending before this Court.
However, considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of this writ petition with the direction that the petitioners shall not be arrested in the aforementioned case till submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. However, petitioner shall participate and co-operate with the investigation and police authorities shall conclude the investigation at the earliest from the date of production of certified copy of the order.
With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition is finally disposed of.
