For Petitioner : Mr.R.Prabakar For Respondent : Mr.K.Sathish Kumar O R D E R The petitioner, who is the wife of the respondent, has filed the above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition to withdraw and transfer H.M.O.P.No.396 of 2016, pending on the file of Family Court (Additional District Judge), Tiruchirappalli to the file of Subordinate Court, Tambaram.
2. In the Affidavit filed in support of the petition the petitioner has stated that she is residing at Tambaram and therefore, she is finding it difficult to travel all the way from Tambaram to Tiruchirappalli for attending the hearings before the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the respondent has no objection for transferring the original petition to the file of Subordinate Court, Tambaram.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.396 of 2016 pending on the file of Family Court, Tiruchirappalli is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Subordinate Court, Tambaram.
5. With this observation, the Tr.C.M.P. is ordered. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
