JUDGMENT / ORDER

RULE.
By way of interim relief, the impugned award dated 09.08.2011 shall remain stayed qua the direction regarding grant of monetary benefit for the period from 01.12.2001 to 13.11.2008 on condition that the respondent-workman will be given notional monetary benefit with effect from 01.12.2001 in his salary from May 2012 onwards. If benefit as aforesaid is not granted, it shall be open to the respondent to move this Court for vacating interim relief.
