JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Ms.Sejal K. Mandavia, learned advocate for the petitioner. It is submitted by her that the respondent-workman file one reference against four orders of punishments. The Industrial Tribunal has reduced the punishments imposed vide order dated 29.07.1998. However, there are no findings regarding other two punishments challenged by the respondent-workman and nor has any other order regarding them been passed.
Rule and Notice as to interim relief, returnable on 13.08.2012.
