JUDGMENT / ORDER

Rule.
Ad-Interim relief qua payment of backwages for the period from 16.10.2004 to 30.06.2006 is granted on condition that the retirement dues shall be paid to the respondent workman within a period of one month from today as if he was continued in service.
Notice as to confirmation of interim relief returnable on 11.05.2012.
