JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned advocate Ms.Sejal Mandavia appearing for the petitioner states that as per order dated 16/03/2012 and as per further order dated 18/04/2012, the petitioner corporation has deposited an amount of Rs.6,51,717/- by an account payee cheque drawn in the name of Registrar General of this Court on 17/04/2012.
Considering the above submissions, the condition of the order dated 16/03/2012 has been complied with.
Hence, ad interim relief in terms of para-8(C), granted earlier by this Court vide order dated 16/03/2012, is confirmed till final hearing of the petition.
