1. By order dated 15.03.2012, this Court (Coram: K.S. Jhaveri, J.) was pleased to admit the matter and grant ad-interim relief against the impugned judgment and award dated 29.08.2011 passed by the Labour Court, Junagadh in Reference Case No.126 of 1999 on condition that the petitioner shall deposit the entire amount as directed by the Labour Court with the Registry of this Court.
2. The office submission indicates that sum of Rs.2,14,236/- has been deposited by the petitioner on 19.04.2012.
3. As condition of order dated 15.03.2012 is complied with, ad-interim relief granted earlier is hereby confirmed and the same shall continue as interim relief till final disposal of the present petition.
4. The Registry is directed to invest the said amount of Rs.2,14,236/- in FDR in any nationalized bank initially for a period of 3 years renewable automatically till final disposal of this petition.
