Divij vs State

The prayer made by the petitioner in this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is to quash and set aside the invocation of section 66 of The Information Technology Act, 2000, which pertains to computer related offences, cannot be granted in the midsts of investigation.

In view of the above, this petition is rejected.
