The respondent in the original petition filed before the Family Court for return of gold ornaments or for its value, is the appellant herein. A joint statement dated 13.9.2014 is filed, signed by the parties and the counsel, stating that the matter is settled between the parties and that the respondent's claim has been satisfied fully. Therefore, she has no further grievance. We record the joint statement and close this appeal, in terms of that joint statement.
