Sri Rajesh Tripathi, learned counsel has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.1.
The petitioners claim themselves to be motivators engaged on contractual basis for fixed amount of honorarium. Copies of the letters filed as Annexure-3 shows that they were engaged only for a period up to 31.3.2012. No evidence has been brought on record to indicate that they were engaged on honorarium basis for the period from January 2014 to March 2018.
Under the circumstances, the relief for a direction to the respondents to pay honorarium to the petitioners for the month of January 2014 to March 2018, cannot be granted.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed at this stage.
