District vs Prakash

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE P.B.MAJMUDAR) It is pointed out that matter is pending before the learned Single Judge which is coming up on Board on 27th July, 2012. In view of the same, this matter is adjourned to 6th August, 2012.

It is clarified that pendency of appeal should not come in the way to proceed with the matter. On the contrary, we request learned Single Judge to proceed with the matter without being influenced the fact that appeal is not proceeded further.
