JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioners challenge the judgment dated 08.01.2013 in Crl.A.No.84 of 2012 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem, setting aside the order of the District Revenue Officer, Salem in Roc.No.47392/2010/J3, dated 12.1.2012.
2.Crl.M.P.No.82 of 2017 has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 1357 days in preferring the revision.
3.No appearance for the respondents.
4.On perusal of the papers and considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is not satisfied that the delay stands duly explained. Accordingly, Crl.M.P.No.82 of 2017 is dismissed. In view of the same, Crl.R.C.No.SR54554 of 2016 is rejected.
