JUDGMENT Aggrieved by the order dated 08.03.2017, passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.18324 of 2016, respondent Nos.2 and 3 therein have filed this appeal.
2. The learned counsel for the appellants submits that the only contention urged by the appellant’s counsel is that the time granted by the learned Single Judge has expired. Therefore, the same be extended.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent No.2 has no objection for the same. So far as respondent No.1 is concerned, we do not find any of his legal right being infringed, since we are not interfering with any of the directions issued by the learned Single Judge, except with regard to the time frame.
4. Under these circumstances, the appeal is disposed off. The time granted by the learned Single Judge stands vide the impugned order shall stand extended by a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Rest of the order is undisturbed.
