Learned AGP, Ms.Pathak, places a copy of the review petition filed by the present petitioners before the Education Tribunal. In such review petition, one of the grounds raised was that the Tribunal disposed of all the applications of the present respondents finally when in fact, such applications were not fixed for final hearing but were fixed only for the purpose of considering the interim relief.

R & P to be called for from the Education Tribunal so as to verify such aspects.
