This petition for writ is preferred to have following reliefs:-
"1. Issue mandamus directing the Respondent authority to reconstitute the revenue records including Jild bandobasti chakbandi, Bandobasti map, Deep map and the Field Book of the villages situated in the district Deoria within specific period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
2. Issue mandamus directing the Respondent authority take appropriate action under Criminal Procedure Code as well as Departmental proceedings should be taken against the person so responsible to affix liability for such major irregularity.
3. Issue a direction to look into the irregularities committed by the person so responsible by any Independent authority or agency."
The petitioner no.1 in this petition for writ is District Collectorate Bar Association, Deoria. No resolution of Bar Association is available on record authorizing petitioner no.2 to file this petition for writ on its own behalf.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner also failed to show us the bye-laws of the Bar Association with an object to avail legal remedies for the cause in question or the causes alike.
We do not find any locus of the petitioner no.1 in the instant matter to agitate the cause in question.
The petitioner no.2 has also filed this petition for writ as a President of the Bar Association and as such he too lacks locus standi to pursue this petition for writ.
The writ petition is dismissed.
