[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.] The first and second respondents have filed the Writ Petition in W.P.(MD)No.13008 of 2011, in and by which, the learned Single Judge has directed the District Collector, Pudukottai District, to appoint them in the existing vacancies. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioners herein have filed an appeal in W.A.(MD)No.356 of 2013, which was dismissed. Therefore, they have filed the present Review application to review the order of this Court dated 20.08.2013, in W.A.(MD)No.356 of 2013.

The only ground raised by the petitioners in the Review Application is that the first and second respondents herein can be appointed only through the Appointment Committee of the Panchayat Union and as such, they have been selected by the Viralimalai Panchayat Union. Since the selection was made by the Viralimalai Panchayat Union, they cannot be accommodated in any other Panchayat Union. Therefore, the present Review Application has been filed.
3. In our considered view, the review application is maintainable only when there is an error apparent on the face of the order of the Court. In the instant case, absolutely, we do not find any error on the face of the order impugned in the present Review Application. Thus, the Review Application is liable to be dismissed and accordingly, it is dismissed. The petitioners are directed to comply with the order of this Court 22.12.2011, made in W.P.(MD)No.13008 of 2011, at the earliest.
