JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.25942 of 2006 Between:
1. Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society, Rudramakota, rep. by its Secretary, Sri A. Laxmana Chary, S/o. Laxminaryana, R/o. Velerupadu, Veerupadu (M), Khammam District, and another.
PETITIONERS AND
1. The District Collector, Khammam Khammam District, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society, Rudramakota, Khammam District, questioning the action of the respondents in trying to disburse the compensation amount to the borrowers of the 1st petitioner-Society without obtaining the No Objection Certificate from the Petitioners in pursuance of the notification issued in Rc.No.G1742/2066, dated 16.08.2006 published in the Vartha News Paper dated 25.08.2006 as illegal, arbitrary and opposed to the Provisions of A.P. Cooperative Societies Act, 1964.
2. During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by Sri Kowturu Vinaya Kumar, learned counsel for the 4th respondent that pending the present writ petition the amount was already paid to the society, and requested that the 4th respondent may be permitted to make a representation to the 2nd petitioner-District Cooperative Central Bank Limited, Khammam with regard to certain benefits, which he claims to have entitled. This Court considers the said request as reasonable one.
3. In view of the abovementioned subsequent developments, this writ petition is disposed of and the 4th respondent is permitted to make a representation to the 2nd petitioner for redressal of his grievance within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such representation is submitted, the 2nd petitioner shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
