Heard.
2. The only grievance of the petitioner is that his representations made before respondent No.2 for permission to dig the bore well at the petitioner’s residence No. 3-2-279 and 280 at SBH Colony, Phase II, Badurguda, L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad, are not being considered and no orders are being passed by respondent No.2. Copies of the representations of the petitioner, dated 16.06.2013 and 16.07.2013, are enclosed along with the writ petition, which show that they are acknowledged by the office of respondent No.2 on 17.06.2013 and 21.07.2013.
3. Since it is the responsibility of respondent No.2 while acting under the WALTA to consider such request, in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders expeditiously, writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner’s request and take appropriate decision in the matter and communicate the same to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
