This Company Application is filed for permitting the Official Liquidator to request respondent No.1 to take action in accordance with Section 456 (1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 and to direct respondent No.2 to assist the Official Liquidator in identifying the land admeasuring Acs.50.36 cents at Mettampadu for enabling him to evict the encroachers, if any, with the help of the District Collector.
Today, this Court has passed a detailed order in Company Application Nos.576 of 2005 and 630 of 2014.
At the hearing, the learned Counsel for the parties agreed that in view of the said order, no further adjudication of this application, on merits, is needed.
Accordingly, this Company Application is disposed of as infructuous.
