The present writ petition has been filed against the Notification dated 23.12.1988, whereby certain areas of District-Siddharth Nagar were included in District-Basti.
No interim order was granted to the petitioner and the notification relates to year 1988. Apart from the fact that the present writ petition in itself is not maintainable against the impugned order, the matter has already settled, hence no interference is required under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
