Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for Union of India.

2. It is submitted by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner that petitioner is desirous of withdrawing this writ petition with liberty to approach the 1st respondent with its grievances.

In the above view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to approach the 1st respondent who shall consider the W.P.(C) No.9316/2013 2 grievances raised sympathetically and in accordance with law.
