Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the contemnors / respondents has stated that the order of this Court dated 06.06.2017, made in W.P.(MD) No.7027 of 2017, has been complied with by the respondents in letter and spirit and he also produced a copy of the proceedings of the third respondent namely the District Educational Officer, Cheranmadevi Educational District, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District in e.f.vz;.1931/M4/2017 dated 26.09.2017.
2.Recording the statement and taking into account the order passed by the third respondent dated 26.09.2017, this Contempt Petition is closed.
