Respondent This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to quash order dated 13.11.2017 made in application No.48 (300 to 340) 2016-B3 passed by Assistant Labour Commissioner (Central), Bengaluru as per Annexure-A and etc., This writ petition coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER R.DEVDAS J., (ORAL):
Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 30.01.2019 seeking permission to withdraw the petition, with liberty to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority. The learned counsel has also furnished a copy of order passed in W.P.No.7988/2018 which was disposed of on 15.09.2018 granting liberty to the petitioner therein to prefer an appeal within a period of eight weeks and Appellate Authority was directed to consider the same in accordance the law, without reference to delay.
2. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the Appellate Authority within a period of eight weeks from today. The Appellate Authority shall consider the appeal, without reference to delay.
