Mr.Pandya, learned APP waives service of notice of Rule.
By way of this application, the applicant - convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail, since he wants to undertake the repairing of his bore-well.
From the record, we find that the application for regular bail of the applicant - convict was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 22.2.2012 recorded in Criminal Misc. Application No.15445 of 2011. Further, the ground mentioned in the application doe not inspire any confidence.
Considering the totality of the facts, discretion does not deserve to be exercised. Hence, the application is rejected. Rule discharged.
