1. Rule.
Ms.Megha Chitaliya, learned A.G.P. waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondents.
2. Considering the facts stated in the application, the application is taken up for final hearing forthwith.
3. The applicant-original petitioner has prayed for fixing the main matter being Special Civil Application No.5065 of 2010 for final hearing.
4. The main matter relates to retirement benefits. However, the main matter is admitted vide order dated 25.06.2010 and many other matters on the same subject are admitted prior to the date of admission of the main matter.
5. Hence, no priority can be given and prayer for fixing early date of final hearing of the main matter cannot be granted at this stage.
6. The application stands disposed of accordingly. Rule is discharged.
7. It would be open for the applicant to renew the same request after six months.
