At the very outset, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection that the matter cannot be entertained by this Court as the same belongs to District Sitapur, which comes under the jurisdiction of Lucknow Bench of this Court.
Confronted with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present matter may be dismissed as withdrawan with liberty to file afresh before appropriate Court.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh writ petition before appropriate Court.
