1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. This petition has been filed praying for a direction to the police authorities to give protection to the petitioners as they have married out of their own sweet will.
3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner no.1 according to her High-School Certificate was born in 16.6.1994 and is major. The petitioner no.2 is also major. The petitioners have married out of their own sweet will at Arya Samaj Mandir, Zafari Fatehgarh and their marriage certificate issued from the Temple has also been filed as Annexure to the writ petition. Since the petitioners have married against their parents wishes, they are being harassed by the family members. Hence this writ petition.
4. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., P.S- Kotwali Farrukhabad, District Farrukhabad, who shall extend all help and protection to them under the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
