Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Diploma Engineers Sangathan, U.P. Jal Nigam is before this Court with a request commanding the respondent authorities to release salary of the petitioner on the basis of recommendation of the 7th Pay Commission and also grant arrears of salary from due date i.e. 1.1.2016.
At the very outset, Sri Singhal, learned counsel for the second respondent submits that the adequate recommendation for release of the salary has already been made by the second respondent to the State Government and as such, the matter is pending for consideration before the State Government.
In view of the above, on consent and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally asking the first respondent to take a final call in the matter in the light of recommendation made by the second respondent as expeditiously as possible and preferably within two months from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said persons (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerised copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
