Without prejudice to the rights and contentions raised in the petition, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file fresh petition at later stage, if reason and ground for challenging the order namely payment of salary or substance allowance survive. Request for permission to withdraw the petition, with a liberty to avail in case of need be, as requested for, is granted. The petition stands disposed of at this stage as withdrawn.
