Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
Prayer made in the instant writ petition is for a direction to the State-respondent to get removed illegal possession and lock of respondent nos. 5 and 6 from plot No.39 exercising power under Government Order dated 01.02.2017.
Respondent nos. 5 and 6 are private individuals. It is alleged that they have put lock on the gate. The petitioner claims to have filed an application before the District Magistrate and other authorities for taking action against respondent nos.6 & 7 as according to the petitioner, respondent nos. 6 and 7 are Bhumafia.
As the petitioner is stated to have filed application before the State-respondents in terms of Government Order, she may pursue the said application. No occasion arises for this Court to issue writ of mandamus.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
