Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation dated 28.9.2018 regarding the gata no. 467 area 2.574 air situated at Siswaniya, Bshunpur, Tappa Lehna, Pargana Haveli, Tehsil Nautanvan, District Mahrajganj upon which the respondents no. 3, 4 and 5 made illegal encroachment.
Perusal of the record indicates that there is a private dispute between the parties and as such, present petition is not maintainable.
Present petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
