1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed to direct respondent no. 2 to decide the representation dated 14.05.2012 (12.05.2012).

2. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. Considering the facts of the case, the respondent - authorities are directed to decide the representation dated 14.05.2012 (12.05.2012), preferred by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of writ of this order.

3. With the above directions, the petition stands disposed of. It is however, observed that this Court has not expressed its opinion of merits.
