JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that with regard to subject matter of this petition, statement of the petitioner was already recorded by the Dy.S.P. at the relevant point of time, but later on no action was taken. However, the petitioner would like to pursue the remedy before the Dy. S.P. / D.S.P., Anand with regard to registration of offence under section 379 of the IPC pertaining to theft of a vehicle.
Considering the above aspect, at this stage, this petition is not maintainable. However, it will be open for the petitioner to pursue the remedy under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
With the aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of.
