JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr.KS Nanavati, learned senior counsel for Nanavati Associates for the applicants and perused the relevant papers, more particularly, FIR, Annexure-A and the disputed criminal complaint, Annexure-B containing the identical allegations pertaining to the same incident. Having considered the submissions advanced on behalf of the applicants, so also considering the relevant papers annexed with this application, this Court is of the opinion that the matter requires consideration and detailed examination. Hence, rule, returnable on 7.5.2012.
Mr.Raval, learned APP appears and waives service of rule for respondent No.1 - State. Interim relief in terms of paragraph 9(B) is granted. D.s permitted.
