Heard Mr. K.G.Vakharia, learned Senior Advocate appearing with Mr. M.J.Parikh, learned advocate for the petitioner and learned APP for the respondent - State of Gujarat.

In addition to what is recorded in earlier order dated 20.01.2012, it is to be noted that the subject matter of the petition for which civil proceedings are undertaken and terminated before this Court in the form of Appeal From Order No.236 of 2010 and contempt application filed therein came to be withdrawn by respondent No.5 herein.
3. In view of the above factual aspect, no further harassment be meted out to the petitioner in any manner whatsoever by respondent - Investigating Officer.
4. Learned APP states that there is no harassment caused to the petitioner by any one.
Post the matter on 26th March, 2012.
Interim relief granted earlier to continue till final disposal of the petition.
