1. The present application u/s.482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been preferred by the applicants herein – original accused to quash and set aside the impugned complaint/FIR being C.R.No.I-298 of 2009 registered with Bharuch City “A” Division Police Station.

2. Today when the present application is taken up for final hearing, Mr.B.S.Patel, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the present application.

3. Permission is accordingly granted. The present application is dismissed as withdrawn. Rule is discharged. Ad-interim relief, if any, stands vacated forthwith.
