Heard Mr. R.S. Sanjanwala, learned Senior Advocate with Mr. Dilip L. Kanojiya, learned advocate for the petitioner. It is submitted by him that the impugned order dated 31.08.2012 granting development permission in respect of Block Nos.128 to 145, is in violation of the status-quo order that has been granted by the Civil Court in the application under Exh.5 filed in Special Civil suit No.110 of 2006 by the petitioner.
Issue Notice, returnable on 09.01.2013.
In addition to the normal mode of service, direct service is also permitted.
It is clarified that any action taken by respondents Nos.3 to 10 in respect of Block No.127, in the interregnum, shall not create any rights thereupon.
