(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE M.R. SHAH) Shri Devan Parikh, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant has stated that as per the order passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice and Justice J.B. Pardiwala dated 06/12/2012, the present appeal is required to be heard alongwith Writ Petition (PIL) No. 243/2012.
