Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed the following prayers:-
"(a) Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent no.2 to grant the permission for the execution of the sale-deed to the petitioner relating to the property bearing Arazi No. 301/1, 302/2, 303/3 and 322, situate at village Marhauli, Pargana Dehat Amanat, Tehsil Sadar, District Varanasi within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
The prayer prayed for is not as such which cannot be granted by this Court hence, the same is granted in part.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2, District Magistrate, Varanasi to decide the representation dated 07.06.2021 moved by the petitioner on or before 31.10.2021.
This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
