Dineshpuri vs State

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court, Mr.Pandya, learned APP states that State has accepted the judgment and order of the learned Sessions Judge in Sessions Case No.66/10 and the State has decided not to prefer appeal and he has been communicated the same vide letter dated 13.03.2012 by the Joint Secretary of the Legal Department.

In view of the above, Rule returnable on 09.04.2012. Mr.Pandya, learned APP waives notice of Rule for respondent no.1.
