JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Mr. Karia, learned advocate for the petitioners has submitted that the affidavit stating that service of process has been refused by respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4 and 5 is ready and will be filed in the Registry tomorrow.
2. Heard Mr. Karia, learned advocate for the petitioners.
3. The Registry is directed to issue Notice to the said respondents to show cause as to why appropriate proceedings should not be initiated for refusing process of the Court. Notice to be made returnable on 19.7.2012.
